15. מתן שירות באמצעות אחר
(א)תקנות אלה יחולו על ספק מורשה בין שהוא נותן שירות או מבצע פעולה בעצמו ובין באמצעות אחר מטעמו.
(ב)אין בהתקשרות ספק מורשה עם אחר כדי לגרוע מחובת הספק המורשה מכוח תקנות אלה.
