44. פרטים בחשבונית
ספק מורשה יעביר למנוי, חשבונית שבה פירוט התשלומים שנדרש המנוי לשלם כשהם כוללים מס ערך מוסף החל על העסקה לפי חוק מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1975, לכל הפחות; החשבונית תכלול פירוט מדויק, תמציתי ומובן בדבר כלל רכיבי התשלום הנדרש, לפי סוגי שירותים ובעד כל הטובין, שלגביהם נדרש התשלום.
