55. איסור פגיעה בתחרות
ספק מורשה לא יקיים כל פעילות, על דרך של מעשה או מחדל, ולא יהיה צד, במישרין או בעקיפין, לכל הסכם או הסדר, שנועדו או עלולים לצמצם את התחרות בתחום הבזק או לפגוע בו.
