6. העברה לבית חולים
חלה חולה במחלה מידבקת, או במחלה גופנית אחרת, שאין אפשרות לטפל בהן טיפול נאות במוסד, רשאי הממונה להעבירו לבית חולים מתאים לצורך הטיפול ויודיע על כך למנהל בית הסוהר שממנו הועבר החולה למוסד.
