7. שחרור חולה מהמוסד
תיקון: תש״ל, תשל״א־2
היתה תקופת הצו עומדת להיגמר לפי סעיף 17א(ג) לחוק, או שהורתה הועדה שנתמנתה לפי סעיף 17א(ה) לחוק על שחרורו של החולה, יודיע על כך הממונה, לפחות שבעה ימים מראש, למנהל בית הסוהר שממנו הועבר החולה למוסד והמנהל יגרום לכך שהחולה יובא לבית הסוהר, אם עודנו צפוי להיות כלוא בו.
