5. הפסקת כהונה
(א)חבר בוועדה המייעצת שפסקה כהונתו כחבר המועצה, לא יוכל להמשיך ולשמש חבר בה.
(ב)חבר הוועדה המייעצת יחדל לכהן לפני תום תקופת כהונתו באחד מאלה:
(1)התפטר במסירת כתב התפטרות ליושב ראש המועצה;
(2)התקיים בו סייג מן הסייגים המפורטים בתקנה 3;
(3)נבצר ממנו דרך קבע למלא את תפקידו.
