Section 6 of כללי הרשות השנייה לטלוויזיה ורדיו (ועדה מייעצת לבחינת תחום שידורי הטלוויזיה בישראל), התשע״ג–2013, סדרי עבודתה של הועדה המייעצת.
6. סדרי עבודתה של הועדה המייעצת
(א)הוועדה המייעצת תדון בהרכב של חמישה חברים לפחות ובהם ארבעה נציגים מן המועצה ונציג ציבור אחד.
(ב)הוועדה המייעצת תקבע את סדרי עבודתה ואת נוהלי דיוניה.
(ג)ההוצאות בעד פעילות הוועדה המייעצת יבוצעו לפי דין ובהתאם לנוהלי הרשות.
(ד)המנהל וכן כל מי שהוא ימנה לכך מטעמו וכן היועץ המשפטי ומבקר הפנים יוזמנו לכל ישיבה מישיבות הוועדה המייעצת.
