26. סילוק על חשבון החייב
תיקון: תשכ״ט
ביצע בעל הקרקע עבודת פיתוח שלא בהתאם להוראות הצו שניתן כאמור בתקנה 24, רשאית רשות השימור לצוות עליו לסלק את הנעשה; לא קיים בעל הקרקע אחרי הוראות צו הסילוק, רשאית רשות השימור, לאחר מתן התראה בכתב, לבצע את הדרוש על חשבון החייב.
