4. הסדרת המרעה באזור המיוחד
תיקון: תש״ח
בזה אוסרין על כל הכבשים והעזים לרעות באדמת האזור המיוחד או לעבור דרכה וכן אוסרין על המרעה של שאר בהמות בית באדמה הנ״ל חוץ אם נתקבל אשור בכתב מאת מנהל המחלקה לשימור הקרקע שבמשרד החקלאות [במקור: מנהל שירות היערות], והמנהל רשאי לצמצם את אשורו בחלקים ידועים של השטח המיוחד וליתן את הרשות בתנאים מיוחדים והתנאים הללו יוכלו להכיל הגבלות על מספר הכבשים, העזים או בהמות־הבית האחרות הנ״ל.
