5. הסדרת עקירת צמחים וגדולים ועבוד האדמה בשטח המיוחד
תיקון: תש״ח
אסור לכרות, לעקור, לשרוף או לסלק כל צמח בין שהוא נטוע ובין שהוא גדול טבעי ואסור לעבוד את האדמה בתוך תחומי האזור המיוחד אלא באישור בכתב מאת מנהל המחלקה לשימור הקרקע שבמשרד החקלאות [במקור: מנהל שירות היערות] או בא כוחו המוסמך, והוא רשאי לצמצם את אשורו בחלקים ידועים של האזור המיוחד וכן לתתו בתנאים מיוחדים.
