7. זכותו של המנהל להכנס לשטח המיוחד
מנהל המחלקה לשימור הקרקע [במקור: מנהל שירות היערות] או בא כוחו המוסמך רשאי להכנס לכל קרקע באזור המיוחד כדי לערוך בדיקות או מדידות או לבצע את הענינים הקבועים בתקנות אלה, כולם או מקצתם.
