תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם העושה כל מעשה שהוא אסור עפ״י תקנות אלה יאשם בעבירה ובצאתו חייב בדינו יהא צפוי למאסר לא יותר מששה חדשים או לקנס לא יותר מ־50 לירות, או לשני העונשים הללו כאחד.
