5. הסדרה בענין השמדת הצמחיה באזור המיוחד
תיקון: תשי״ח
אסור לכרות, לקטול, לשרוף או לסלק כל צמחיה באזור המיוחד, בין נטיעות ובין גידולי־בר, אלא בהיתר מאת המהנדס העירוני של חיפה, או בא־כחו המוסמך שיהיה רשאי לצמצם את ההיתר בחלקים ידועים של האזור המיוחד וכן לתתו בתנאים מיוחדים.
