7. סמכותו של המהנדס העירוני להוציא לפועל או לדרוש להוציא לפועל עבודות שמור באזור המיוחד
רשאי מהנדס עירית חיפה –
(א)להוציא לפועל באזור המיוחד כל עבודה שתהא דרושה למניעת סחף הקרקע, להחזיק (או להחזיק) עבודה זאת.
(ב)לדרוש מכל בעל קרקע באזור המיוחד להוציא לפועל על אותה קרקע כל עבודה שתהא דרושה למניעת סחף קרקע ולהחזיק (או להחזיק) עבודה זאת.
