8. סמכותו של המהנדס העירוני לעלות על קרקע באזור המיוחד
רשאי המהנדס העירוני של חיפה, או בא־כחו המוסמך, לעלות על כל קרקע באזור המיוחד כדי לערוך כל בקורת או מדידה, לבצע את הענינים שנקבעו להם הוראות בתקנות אלה, כולם או מקצתם.
