כל העושה מעשה שהוא אסור עפ״י תקנות אלה, יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי בצאתו חייב בדין למאסר לא יותר מששה חדשים או לקנס לא יותר מחמשים לירות או לשני העונשים כאחד.
