תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם, העושה פעל כל־שהוא מאותם שנאסרו בכללים האלה, יאשם בעבירה, ויהיה צפוי – משיתחייב בדין – למאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חדשים או לקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים לירות, או לשני הענשים כאחד.
