31. ביטוח
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשס״ט
השר רשאי להורות לרשות לדרוש ברשיון, כי בעל רשיון יבטח מפני סיכונים, באופן שיורה, את יחידת הייצור, תחנת הכוח, מיתקני החשמל, הציוד ושאר הנכסים המשמשים לדעתו, לביצוע הפעילות לפי הרשיון; הכיסויים הביטוחיים המינימליים שירכוש בעל הרישיון לצורך פעילותו לפי הרישיון, יהיו כמפורט בתוספת החמישית.
