32. סירוב ליתן רשיון
תיקון: תשס״ט, תשע״ח
(א)בנוסף לאמור בסעיף 6(ב) לחוק, רשאים השר או הרשות לסרב ליתן רשיון למבקש, אם הם סבורים כי מתן הרשיון למבקש –
(1)נוגד את טובת הציבור או את מדיניות הממשלה במשק החשמל;
(2)עלול להוות סיכון לבטחון המדינה.
(ב)סירבו השר או הרשות לתת רישיון כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), ינמקו בכתב את סירובם.
