4. איסור מרעה ומעבר
בזה אוסרים מרעה כל בעלי־חיים ביתיים באיזור המיוחד ומעבר כל כבשים ועזים דרך האיזור המיוחד, פרט לאורך דרך הרבים מסובא לאשוה, הצבועה צהוב בתסריט הנזכר בתקנה 2:
בתנאי כי בעלי־חיים ביתיים, השייכים לבעל או למחזיק כל־שהוא של קרקע כל־שהיא שבאיזור המיוחד, אפשר לרעותם באיזור המיוחד, אם הם סגורים בגדרות או קשורים היטב.
