השטח המתואר בתוספת על ההודעה הזאת והמסומן בתסריט [צ״ל: בתשריט] כאמור לעיל, הקרוי להלן ”השטח המיוחד“, מוכרז בזה להיות שטח מיוחד לצורך סעיף 2 של פקודת השטפון וסחף הקרקע (מניעה), 1941.
