4. הסדרת מרעה בשטח מיוחד
תיקון: תש״ח
אוסרים בזה כל מרעה של כבשים ועזים בשטח המיוחד או את מעברם דרכו, ומרעה של בעלי־חיים ביתיים אחרים באותו השטח, אלא־אם נתן הממונה על המחוז [במקור: מושל המחוז] או אחד מנציגיו מיופי־הכוח אישור בכתב על־כך, והם רשאים להגביל אותו האישור בחלקים מסויימים של השטח המיוחד, והם רשאים להעניקו מתוך כפיפות לתנאים מיוחדים, ואותם התנאים יכולים לכלול צמצומים במספר אותם הכבשים, העזים או בעלי־החיים הביתיים האחרים.
