5. הסדרת השמדת צמחייה ועיבוד קרקע בשטח מיוחד
תיקון: תש״ח
אוסרים בזה לכרות, לשבור, לשרוף או לסלק צמחייה כל־שהיא, בין שנשתלה או שגדלה מעצמה, או לעבד קרקע כל־שהיא בתחומי השטח המיוחד, אלא־אם נתן הממונה על המחוז [במקור: מושל המחוז] או אחד מנציגיו מיופי־הכוח אישור בכתב על כך, והם רשאים להגביל אותו האישור בחלקים מסויימים של השטח המיוחד, ורשאים הם להעניקו מתוך כפיפות לתנאים מיוחדים.
