17. התנהלות מומחה מטעם בית המשפט
(א)במסגרת תפקידו של מומחה מטעם בית המשפט יפעל המומחה במקצועיות, ביעילות ולפי לוחות הזמנים שעליהם הורה בית המשפט, בהגינות וביושרה כדי לסייע לבית המשפט לקיים הליך ראוי והוגן.
(ב)אם סבר המומחה שמי מבעלי הדין או צדדים אחרים להליך המשפטי עלול לפגוע במילוי תפקידו כנדרש בתקנת משנה (א), יפנה המומחה בלא שיהוי לבית המשפט בבקשה למתן הוראות בעניין זה.
