18. סודיות
המומחה לא יעשה שימוש במידע שהגיע אליו תוך כדי מילוי תפקידו ועקב מילוי תפקידו ולא יגלה אותו לאחר, אלא במידה הדרושה למילוי תפקידו או לפי צו של בית משפט.
