11. הגשת דין וחשבון
תיקון: תשנ״ב
מומחה מדריך או מי שאושר להדריך לפי תקנה 5, יגיש לועדה המקצועית דין וחשבון על התמחותו של המתמחה אצלו תוך 30 ימים מיום סיום התמחותו; יושב ראש הועדה המקצועית רשאי לדרוש מהמתמחה וממי שהדריכו ביאורים בקשר לדין וחשבון ופרטים נוספים, כפי שימצא לנכון, בין בעל פה ובין בכתב.
