המבקש להמשיך את התמחותו במוסד מוכר אחר, יגיש לועדה המקצועית המתאימה בקשה לכך בצירוף אישור מאת המוסד המוכר המוכן לקבלו כמתמחה; הוראות תקנה 7 יחולו על בקשה זו בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
