25. המלצת הועדה המקצועית
(א)משסיים המבקש תואר מומחה את הבחינות, תגיש הועדה המקצועית למנהל, בשני עותקים, תסקיר על תוצאות בדיקותיה, לרבות תוצאות הבחינות.
(ב)היה המבקש פטור מחובת התמחות או בחינות, תפרט הועדה המקצועית בתסקירה את טעמי הפטור.
