26. השגת המנהל
(א)לא נראתה למנהל המלצת הועדה המקצועית, יעביר את הבקשה לחוות דעתה של המועצה, שתדון בכך במליאתה.
(ב)יושב ראש המועצה יגיש את חוות דעתה למנהל בכתב.
