1. קביעת נכות משולבת
(א)נכות משולבת של תיפקודי היציבה וההליכה לענין סעיפים 7ג ו־7ד לחוק תיקבע בידי רופא מוסמך ראשי או רופא מוסמך מקומי שמינה שר הבטחון לפי תקנות הנכים (טיפול רפואי), התשי״ד–1954 (להלן – רופא מוסמך).
(ב)נכה החולק על החלטתו של רופא מוסמך מקומי רשאי לערער לפני הרופא המוסמך הראשי והחלטתו תהא סופית.
