4ב. איסור החזקת אמצעי שליטה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
לא יחזיק אמצעי שליטה בחברה מי שהוא אחד מאלה:
(א)גורם עוין;
(ב)תאגיד שהשליטה בו היא בידי גורם עוין או מדינה עוינת;
(ג)מדינה עוינת;
(ד)אזרח או תושב מדינה עוינת;
(ה)תאגיד שנרשם או התאגד במדינה עוינת;
(ו)תאגיד אשר השליטה בו היא בידי מי שהוא אזרח או תושב מדינה עוינת.
