7. שינויים בסדר היום
(א)הצעה לשנות את סדר היום תוגש רק לפני הישיבה או מיד עם פתיחתה; לפני ההצבעה רשאי בעל ההצעה להסבירה בקיצור, ונציג אחד של המתנגדים רשאי להשיב.
(ב)לקבלת הצעה כאמור דרוש רוב חברי הוועדה.
