Section 3 of תקנות שוויון הזדמנויות בעבודה (מועצה ציבורית), התשנ״ט–1999, מספר נציגים חברי המועצה.
3. מספר נציגים חברי המועצה
(א)במועצה יהיו עשרים חברים ובהם שישה נציגי עובדים, שישה נציגי מעבידים, שישה נציגים של משרדי הממשלה ושני נציגי ציבור, שימונו כאמור בפסקאות (1) עד (4) בסעיף 19(א) לחוק.
(ב)הנציגים של משרדי הממשלה במועצה יהיו:
(1)שני נציגים של משרד העבודה והרווחה;
(2)נציג משרד החינוך התרבות והספורט;
(3)נציג נציבות שירות המדינה;
(4)נציג משרד ראש הממשלה – הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה;
(5)נציג משרד אחר שקבע השר בהסכמת השר הממונה על אותו משרד.
