Section 4 of תקנות שוויון הזדמנויות בעבודה (מועצה ציבורית), התשנ״ט–1999, סדרי עבודת המועצה.
4. סדרי עבודת המועצה
(א)יושב ראש המועצה יכנס את המועצה אחת לארבעה חודשים לפחות, אולם רשאי הוא לכנס אותה נוסף על כך לפי הצורך.
(ב)הודעה על כינוס המועצה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תינתן לכל חברי המועצה, בכתב, שלושים ימים לפחות מראש; בהודעה כאמור יפורטו הנושאים שעל סדר היום.
(ג)לכל ישיבה של המועצה ייערך פרוטוקול בידי מי שקבע היושב ראש.
(ד)החלטות המועצה יהיו ברוב קולות החברים הנוכחים וחבר המועצה לא יורשה להצביע באמצעות חבר אחר.
