מסמך שיש להמציאו, בהליכים שבפני בית משפט בישראל, לאדם הנמצא מחוץ לישראל, באחת המדינות, בעלות האמנה, ושאותה מדינה נתבקשה להמציאו, תהא המצאתו כדין אם בוצעה בדרך שנקבעה באמנה.
