5. תחולת סדרי הדין בעניני בוררות
תקנות סדר הדין בעניני בוררות, תשכ״ט–1968, יחולו על עיכוב הליכים ועל אישור פסקי בוררות בהתאם לאמנת ניו־יורק במידה שאין בתקנות אלה הוראה אחרת, ובשינויים המחוייבים.
