4. סייגים לאישור פסק בוררות חוץ
הוגשה בקשה לביטול פסק או להתלייתו לרשות מוסמכת של המקום שבו הוא ניתן או שלפי דינו הוא ניתן, רשאי בית המשפט לדחות את ההליכים למועד אחר, וכן רשאי הוא על פי בקשת בעל הדין המבקש אישור הפסק, לצוות על בעל הדין השני להמציא ערובה מתאימה.
