המפקח רשאי לתת לבעל הרשיון שנפסל מהחזיק בו – אם יראה צורך בכך – היתר בחתימת ידו להסיע את כלי הרכב, תוך הזמן שיצויין בהיתר, ממקום למקום שיצויין בו.
