3. נטילת רשיון
לא נמסר הרשיון למפקח כאמור בסעיף 1, רשאי המפקח ליטול את הרשיון, בכפוף להוראות סעיף 15 לחוק, בכל מקום הימצאו; ומשעשה כן, יאשר בכתב את קבלת הרשיון.
