3. מיתקן שטיפה
(א)לא יתקין אדם ולא יפעיל מיתקן שטיפה אלא בהתאם להוראות תקנות אלה.
(ב)לא יותקן ולא יופעל מיתקן שטיפה במרחק שיפחת מ־100 מטרים מכל מקור מים.
(ג)מיתקן שטיפה יהיה מורכב ממשטח שטיפה ומכל איסוף או ממשטח שטיפה ובריכת אידוי.
