5. מכל איסוף
(א)בקצה התחתון של שיפוע משטח השטיפה יותקן ויופעל מכל איסוף שאליו יחובר צינור הניקוז ממשטח השטיפה.
(ב)מכל האיסוף –
(1)יהיה בקיבולת שתספיק להכיל את כל נוזלי השטיפה שהצטברו בו, כך שתימנע גלישתם אל מחוצה לו;
(2)יהיה אטום באופן שימנע חדירה לקרקע של כל חומר שהצטבר בו;
(3)יהיה מכוסה היטב בכל עת, למעט בשעת הרקתו;
(4)יתוחזק ויופעל בתנאי בטיחות נאותים למניעת סכנה לבני אדם ולבעלי חיים, לרבות התקנת שלטי אזהרה.
