2. מי שתיה בלולים
לא יספק אדם מי שתיה לעופות בלול ולא ישתמש במים כאמור אלא אם הותקן בו מיתקן אוטומטי לויסות המים שימנע לחלוטין זרימת עודפים של מי שתיה מהשקתות או מכל כלי אחר המשמש להרוויית עופות.
