תיקון: תשל״ד
לא יספק אדם מים לצרכי קירור או צינון של לול ולא יצרוך מים לצרכים כאמור, אלא אם הותקן בתוך מבנה הלול מיתקן צינון או ערפול מבוקר, אשר נציב המים אישר מראש.
