13. העברת סכומים בין תתי־תחומי תקצוב קורונה
סכומים שלא חולקו לפי אחת או יותר מתקנות 8 עד 12, יועברו בין תתי־התחומים הקבועים בפרק זה לפי העקרונות הקבועים בתקנה 3; אם לאחר העברת הסכומים בין תתי־התחומים כאמור יישאר תקציב לחלוקה, יחולק הסכום לפי הוראות תקנה 3.
