10. סדרי מדידה
לא יתחיל בעל רשיון קדיחה בניצול הבאר אלא אם:
(1)קבע פתח בבאר על מנת לאפשר מדידת רום מפלס המים;
(2)הרכיב על צינור היציאה מהמשאבה מד־מים והתקין חיבור למד־לחץ וברז לנטילת דוגמאות מים.
