11. רשיון לשינוי ציוד
תיקון: ס״ח תשכ״ב
(א)הוראות התקנות 2, 3, 5 עד 7 יחולו על מי שניתן לו רשיון לשינוי ציוד הבאר בלבד.
(ב)הוגשה בקשה לרשיון לשינוי ציוד כאמור, רשאי הנציב לדרוש מהמבקש להגיש לו תשריט כמתואר בתקנה 8(2) ולבצע שאיבת נסיון בהתאם להוראותיו.
(ג)מי שניתן לו רשיון לציוד חייב לבצע את עבודות ההתקנה תוך ששה חדשים מתאריך מתן הרשיון.
