בעל רשיון קדיחה יחזיק את הרשיון והיומנים האמורים בתקנות אלה עד גמר העבודות במקום הקדיחה ויראה אותם לנציב או למי שהוסמך לכך על ידיו בכל עת שיידרש לכך.
