12. אופן מסירת פרטים
בקשות, יומנים ותסקירים, שיש להגישם, רשיון או יומנים שיש לנהלם לפי תקנות אלה יהיו חתומים בידי מבקש רשיון או בעל רשיון והקבלן המבצע את העבודות ויכללו פרטים מלאים ונכונים.
