10. הודעה מוקדמת
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)הודעה מוקדמת תינתן באחת מדרכים אלה:
(1)במסירתה בכתב בסניף התאגיד הבנקאי;
(2)במשלוחה בדואר, ורואים את ההודעה המוקדמת כמבוצעת ביום שנתקבלה בתאגיד הבנקאי, ובדואר רשום – 3 ימים לאחר תאריך המשלוח;
(3)באמצעות פקסימילה;
(4)באמצעי תקשורת אחר שהתאגיד הבנקאי הציע, לפי בקשת הלקוח.
(ב)הודעה מוקדמת לא תינתן יותר מ־45 ימים לפני המועד שקבע הלווה לביצוע הפירעון המוקדם.
