11. אי ביצוע פירעון מוקדם
מסר הלווה הודעה מוקדמת ולא פעל לפיה, לא תיחשב, לצורך חישוב העמלה, הודעה מוקדמת נוספת, שנתן הלווה לגבי פירעון מוקדם של אותה הלוואה, במשך 6 חודשים מהמועד שנקבע לפירעון המוקדם בהודעה הראשונה.
